Farm to table but put the table on the farm! I love these special dining events that celebrate local and are a seriously GOOD TIME!
Copper Moose Farm
There are still tickets available for Copper Moose Farms farm stand dinners! Enjoy live music, drinks from Top Shelf and an optional farm tour. Participating restruants this year include Twisted Fern, Afterword Restaurant and Savoury Park City (yum to all three!).
Summit Community Gardens is partnering with local businesses and chefs to provide the unique experience of picnicking at the base of the mountains in the garden while listening to music and enjoying time with friends and good food. Some of the restaurants participating include Nosh, Riverhorse on Main & Twisted Fern, so you know the food is going to be GOOD!
The Lodge at Blue Sky always has amazing/ineractive events and their harvest dinners are no exception! Their first themed harvest dinner of the year on June 8 will be filled with the first tastes of spring - spring shoots and greens, nutrient rich baby lettuces, peppery arugula, tender herbs, and, of course, snap peas and pea shoots peek out from the ground. These zingy greens and tender lettuces cleanse our palate inspiring the transition to a lighter and fresher season.
