MAIN STREET MUSTS

RIVERHORSE ON MAIN

A Park City iconic restaurant -- one of my faves. Great to celebrate special occasions or just a nice night out with friends. The bar isawesome for a quick bite as well. The Halibut is amazing and always on the menu but you really can't go wrong with anything you order.
Riverhorse NEVER disappoints.

CHIMAYO

This distinctive Southwestern restaurant is a local’s favorite. Try to score a table near the fireplace, then sit back and savor Southwestern cuisine like you’ve never experienced it before. Chimayo is the best of the Bill White Restaurants. Truly different and always delicious.

SHABU

Called Freestyle Asian Cuisine. Just like freestyle skiing or mountain biking found in this mountain town, Shabu experiments with creative features to showcase new innovations and ideas. Kids love the Hot Rock Wagyu!

PRIME STEAKHOUSE & PIANO BAR

Dine in the restaurant for melt-in-your-mouth steaks and suberp service. Head to the Piano Bar for a less formal experience with the same menu that makes the restaurant famous, and this is also where the fun goes downlate at night with friends. You can gather around. request a song, and keep the night going. Always a good time.

FLETCHER’S ON MAIN

Fresh. Local. Natural. Fletcher’s seeks out produce from nearby farms. Yes, farms! Definitely get the biscuits with bacon jam for a starter and the short rib is memorable. And by all means, do not skip the yummy cocktails. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Sit back, relax, you’ve arrived. Head down to the swanky lounge below to keep the party going with music and more cocktails!

HANDLE

As soon as Handle’s owner and executive chef Briar Handly opened this cozy tapas eatery, it became an instant Park City favorite. Their bartenders are the best. Just tell them to surprise you and you won’t be disappointed. The fun thing about Handle is that the dishes are meant to be shared. Don’t miss the meat-and-cheese plate or the buffalo cauliflower.

HIGH WEST DISTILLERY & SALOON

Who doesn’t love a ski-in watering hole? Located in Old Town, at the bottom of Quittin’ Time ski run and next to the Town Lift, High West Distillery and Saloon is a must visit while you’re here. People love the chicken schnitzel and trout salad. Make sure you order SOMETHING with whiskey in it even if it’s “not your thing.” Try Dead Man’s Boots, voted one of Park City’s best cocktails for 2016.

highwest.com

HARVEST

Located by the Town Lift, Harvest loves FOOD. COFFEE. PEOPLE. Whether you’re eating light, fueling for a big day on the mountain or looking to indulge a little, you’ll find something on Harvest’s menu that’s perfect for you. VINTO

Under a lofty ceiling with gorgeous, exposed wooden beams, Vinto produces daring pasta and pizza dishes — all under $13 (the price of a two-bite appetizer at many Park City restaurants). You can savor your fettuccine with forest mushrooms and artichokes, or quickly scarf down a crispy flatbread pizza. A local favorite for the good food and the great value on Main Street!

vinto.com

FIREWOOD

The incredible Chef John Murcko returned to Utah in 2016 — lucky us! Chef Murcko opened Firewood, which boasts a 14-foot custom made grill as the centerpiece that features open flame cooking which has long been a passion of his. This Main Street addition is ON FIRE!

YUKI YAMA

My go-to sushi spot for a date night out. Fresh seasonal fish flown in from around the world and a menu with both traditional Japanese sushi and noodle dishes, as well as more creative, modern sashimi plates and hot dishes. Yuki Yama always satisfies a sushi craving and it has the only gluten free sushi in town!

CORTONA

The best kept secret for Italian food at the Junction. The owners intentionally keep the menu and the seating limited so that they can serve up the highest quality food and service. You must save room for gelato! You need a reservation as they can only have about 6-7 tables. Great place to take the kids and they will love everything but there is not a kid's menu so kids tend to split entrées.

So much more than a sushi bar, Blind Dog serves excellent steaks and seafood. And the sushi's pretty good, too! The food is the star at Blind Dog, but the ambiance sets the stage. RED BICYCLE BREAD

Okay, so Red Bicycle isn’t technically a restaurant, but no GOOD Guide would be complete without mentioning this cult favorite bread. You can pick it up at The Market, our locally owned grocery store, where it’s baked fresh in the back of the store every day. Be forewarned — this stuff is addicting. Buy an extra loaf because as soon as you return to your car with your purchases, one loaf just might accidentally disappear!
