Deer Valley's Taste of Luxury Series focuses on unbelievable food and wine in an unforgettable setting! Events range from exclusive cooking classes with Michelin Star Chefs from around the world, multi-course dinners featuring globally renowned culinary figures, and receptions highlighting industry-leading winemakers.
The next course in Deer Valley’s Taste of Luxury Series will feature Michelin Star Chef Giancarlo Morelli. Chef Morelli and his Sous Chef will be working alongside Deer Valley’s culinary team to produce three days of culinary delights, from one-on-one VIP receptions to cooking demonstrations, dinners and more. These once-in-a-lifetime events are expected to sell out, so we encourage you to make reservations as soon as possible.
VIP Meet and Greet Reception with Dinner | March 10
The VIP reception starts at 6 p.m. and dinner begins at 7:30 p.m. in The Brass Tag restaurant, located inside The Lodges at Deer Valley. $325 per person.
Help us welcome Chef Giancarlo Morelli to Deer Valley with a VIP meet and greet reception followed by dinner. Taste amazing canapés and sip hand-selected wine while spending time one-on-one with Chef Morelli, Deer Valley’s Executive Chef and Director of Beverage. After the reception, a five-course Michelin Star Italian dinner featuring the cuisine of Deer Valley and one of Chef Morelli’s favorite entrées will be served.
Hands-On Cooking Class with Lunch | March 11
The cooking class starts at 1 p.m., followed by lunch in The Brass Tag restaurant, located inside The Lodges at Deer Valley. $350 per person.
Learn culinary secrets from Chef Morelli in this hands-on cooking class followed by a world-class lunch. This class will teach you how to make pasta from scratch right alongside Chef Morelli. Lunch will be accompanied with hand-selected wine pairings. Each guest will be presented with their very own pasta maker, a custom apron, and an additional special gift.
Michelin Star Gourmet Dinner | March 11
The meet and greet starts at 6 p.m. and dinner begins at 7:30 p.m. in The Brass Tag restaurant, located inside The Lodges at Deer Valley. $385 per person.
Start the evening off with a special meet and greet with Chef Morelli followed by a five-course gourmet dinner where he will serve the most memorable dishes from his career, including his award-winning risotto. Each dish will be paired with a wine tasting, specially selected by Deer Valley’s Director of Beverage. Guests will depart with a special gift from our sponsors.
Finale Brunch and Culinary Demonstration | March 12
The brunch and culinary demonstration begin at 11 a.m. in The Brass Tag restaurant, located inside The Lodges at Deer Valley. $280 per person.
To cap off the delicious weekend, join Chef Morelli, Neb from DAOU Family Vineyards and Deer Valley’s culinary team for an amazing and indulgent brunch experience. Chef Morelli is known for adding extra truffles on his breakfast dishes! Guests will depart the brunch with a special gift from our sponsors.

Expert baristas will be on hand to share their passion for coffee, craft the perfect drink, and surprise visitors with exciting giveaways. The atmosphere will be elevated with the addition of chilled draft lattes, served from La Colombe's stylish custom draft tricycle.
