Two of my favorite restaurants are hosting can't-miss wine dinners!

Tupelo x Antiquum Farm "Fruit Day" Wine Dinner

Join Tupleo for an evening with Antiquum Farm's Winemaker for an intimate celebration of natural wine and exquisite cuisine.

Four Courses & Wine Pairings: 1st: Daisy Pinot Gris 2nd: Alium Pinot Gris 3rd: Luxuria Pinot Noir 4th: Passiflora Pinot Noir Grazing-Based

Viticulture: Antiquum Farm wanted to set a higher bar than biodynamics and organic farming provide so Steven Hagen created "Grazing-Based Viticulture" Grazing-Based Viticulture harnesses the sun’s energy to capture and store atmospheric carbon. Repeatedly rotating animals through the vineyards prolongs our grazing window and generates the tonnage of organic material truly required to fuel our farm. The above-ground material is grazed, broken down, and redistributed to the soil – all without the use of machinery.

They are holding the Wine Dinner on a "Fruit Day" which is based off the lunar calendar and is considered the most optimal day for tasting wine.
